Jack Albert Sprout 1938 - 2012 Jack was born January 13th, 1938, to Lillian and Andrew Sprout in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He passed away peacefully on June 5th, 2012, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. An amazing and strong man with a generous heart, Jack touched the lives of so many and made the world a better place simply with his presence. Jack lived life to the fullest. His strength, love and wisdom were felt by all who knew him. His spirit will forever be cherished and live on in our hearts; we were truly blessed to have known and loved him. Jack is survived by his wife Lavada, his children Kristi and Rick, daughter-in-law Linda, his grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Sprout. Please leave memories of Jack or condolences for the family in the Guestbook below.
