Kathy "Lovaas" Lynn Blinn
December 11th, 1961 - November 1st, 2013
Kathy passed away Nov. 1, 2013 at the age of 51. She lived in Fife/Enumclaw/Puyallup WA for the past 21 years. She was born in Ellensburg, WA to Kenneth L. Lovaas and Sandra J (Lovaas) Greer. She grew up in Ellensburg and attended Ellensburg High School and then attended Bremerton Community College. She became a Traffic Control Supervisor for Gary Merlino Construction. Kathy enjoyed Hunting, Fishing and a wide variety of crafts and loved spending time at the beach. In Sept 1980 she was happily married to James Jewett in Wenatchee, WA. They had three sons Joseph, Joshua & Jarod Jewett. They were married for 11 yrs. In June of 1993 she married Paul Blinn they were happily married for 15 yrs. In 2008 she met the love of her life Jay Tedford (Fishing buddies). She is preceded in death by her father Kenneth Lovaas and her Grandparents. She is survived by her three sons, Joe, Josh & Jarod Jewett, two grandchildren Jordan & Alyssa, Her mother Sandra (John) Greer, her sister Pamela (Mitch) Buchholz and her brother Kevin Lovaas, Niece Kristina Hahn, Nephews Matt and Billie Buchholz and several Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. Per the family’s request please make a donation to any cancer center of your choice. A celebration of life will be held Saturday 11/30/2013 from Noon to 3pm at the Swiss Sportsman Club Park Lodge, 9205 198th Ave E., Bonney Lake, WA. All are welcome to attend.
