none Sharron Lynne Thorpe “Sharrie” Sharron 65 passed away at NW Regional Hospital in Tukwila on June 28, 2011 following a 21/2 month battle with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. She was born August 30, 1945 in Wellington Kansas to Raymond and Gladys Argo. She graduated from John Franciscan Poly High School in Sunland, CA. and had lived in San Fernando Valley and Santa Barbara, CA. Sharron married Larry “Randy” Thorpe, March 10, 1973 in Santa Barbara, CA. They moved to Rainier, Washington where they have resided the last 31 years. She retired from Yelm School District Transportation Department. She loved her family and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting activities. Sharrie enjoyed Seahawks Games, NACAR Races, gardening and spending time with her pets. She also enjoyed showing her 1967 Chevy Camaro. She was a member of Classy Lassies Red Hats of Yelm. Sharron is survived by her husband Randy Thorpe, Rainier, daughters Kimberly Busenbark and her husband Bill, and Gabrielle Simoncic all of Olympia granddaughters, Katelyne Simoncic, Maegan and Lindsey Busenbark, grandsons Trevor Simoncic and Austin Busenbark. She was preceded in death by her parents.
