October 10th, 1952 - November 12th, 2005
Mary A. Travis Mary, age 53 born October 10, 1952, lost her battle with a cancer of the blood and bone, Multiple Myeloma, on November 12, 2005 at Providence St. Peters Hospital. Mary is survived by a loving husband, Darin; three sons, David, Douglas and Jeffery Shaddox, all of Washington; her parents, Stan and Donna Meyer of Olympia; brother, Stan Jr.; two sisters, Sandra Smith of Rainier and Cheryl Vogt of Brea, CA. Mary was preceded in death by an infant son, Gregory. Mary was an animal lover extraordinaire as well as an avid fisherman. She also leaves behind her six “Babies,” her dogs. Mary’s family wants to thank the many, many people who donated money to help in her fight against cancer. At the families request please make a donation to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation to seek a cure for the disease in lieu of flowers.
