Funeral to be held Friday, October 19, 11:00AM at Edwards Memorial - Lakewood, 11020 South Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA 98499. Cedric will be laid to rest at Tahoma National Cemetery Tuesday, October 23, 1:30PM, 18600 SE 240th St, Kent, WA 98042. Military honors will be provided by the United States Air Force. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial 253-566-1008.
