Donald Edward Siskar
December 9th, 1951 - January 4th, 2011
Donald Edward Siskar was born Dec. 9, 1951 to Edward and Arline (Lyne) Siskar. He grew up on a dairy farm just north of Enumclaw, WA. He graduated from Enumclaw High School in 1970. He attended Green River Community College. Don spent several years as a medic for the National Guard while working at the Weyerhaeuser White River Mill. Don was 50 years old when he met and married the love of his life, Donna Munson. Don was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Enumclaw, for many years before the couple moved to Tacoma. His faith in God was always a mainstay in his life. His life here on earth ended suddenly on Jan. 4, 2011. He is survived by his wife Donna, his mother Lyne Siskar of Enumclaw, sister Kathy Stanley of Buckley, sister Pat Smith of Oroville, WA and step-son Don Mendenhall of Tacoma. Memorial services will be held at Fellowship Bible Church, 3806 East Portland Ave., Tacoma, WA on Sun Jan. 9 at 4pm. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial Center, 253-566-1008.
