Frances Eileen(O'Neill) Woodley Frances Eileen (O'Neill) Woodley went to be with her Lord on March 10, 2007. She was born on April 18, 1923 in Port Townsend, Washington to Charles William and Marie Magdalena (Wickie) O'Neill. Fran graduated from Olympia High School in 1941. She worked for the State of Washington Stenographic Pool for the Division of the Blind and for children, old-age assistance, and welfare. Then in 1948, Fran began working for the State of Washington Parks Department, retiring in 1978. She married James Frazier Woodley on October 14, 1947; their life together lasted for 55 years, until his death in 2003. In retirement, she found great enjoyment in traveling, sewing, and cooking. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and the Foresters. Frances is survived by her children, Diane de Leon, of Olympia, and Gene (Sally), of Rochester; grandchildren, Jessica, Jeffrey, Marcus, and Angel; and great- grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua, and Jaden. A Funeral Mass will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at St. Michael Catholic Church, 1021 Boundary Street S.E., Olympia, followed by a graveside service at Calvary Cemetery in Tumwater.
