Norma Diaz, age 71, of LaBelle, passed away November 3, 2015 in Lehigh Acres. She was born Dec. 10, 1943 in Habana, Cuba to the late Adolfo and the late Tomasa (Alvarez) Prieto. Survivors include her son: Manuel (Kelli) Diaz of Newark, OH, daughter: Odalys (Jose) Garcia of LaBelle, brothers: Adolfo Prieto and Freddy Prieto of Miami, sisters: Margot Prieto and Mercedes Prieto of Miami and grandchildren: Austin, Jose, Normy, Lauren and Kami. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Diaz, Jr. Funeral services were held Nov. 5, 2015 at 5:00 pm at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, LaBelle with Father Chester Domaszewicz officiating. Visitation was from 3:30-5:00 p.m. before the funeral at the funeral home. Cremation Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
