none Caroline Elizabeth Wright Caroline E. Wright of Lacey died February 10, 2009. She was born in Olympia June 19, 1924 the daughter of Annie Cuningham Schivley and David G. Hartsuck. The first Hartsucks arrived in this area with the 1852 wagon train; her grandfather Schivley was active in Republican politics and as Insurance Commissioner in the first years of the twentieth century. Caroline graduated from Olympia High School in 1942, attended Washington State College (Now University) and graduated from the University of Washington in 1950. She was employed in social welfare services and with the U.S. Census. She was a member of Eastern Star, DAR, pioneer societies and a number of genealogical societies including the Olympia Genealogical Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother David S. Hartsuck M D. Caroline is survived by her husband of 56 years Richard S. Wright; three sons John, Richard E. and Douglas; four grand daughters and several great grand children. Caroline is interred in the family plot in the Masonic Memorial Park in Tumwater.
