Born September 3, 1928 in Anacortes, WA to Teko an Dortha Palmer. She passed away October 27, 2010 at home with her daughter Kristina at her side. She was raised in Yakima till she moved to Tacoma as a teenager. Worked at the University of Puget Sound for 34years. She loved Dixieland Jazz and music of all kind. Mom loved to Crochet, do crafts and bake treats. She was a mom to many of her children friends. Everyone loved Anna. She had a great sense of humor. She is survived by her son Joseph Korslund (wife Sue) of Salem Or.daughter Kristina Korslund, daughter in law Shirley Korslund Texas. 7 grandchildren David, Daniel Korslund. Christopher, Eddie, Jennifer in San Antonio Texas, Teko, Tyler, Troy (wife Jabeth) Salem Or. 11 Great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and her son Michael Korslund. Joseph and Kristina will be celebrating Anna life on November 20, 2010 from 2:00pm till 6:00pm and Kristina's home in Tacoma WA you can email Kristina at [email protected] for further information and directions.
