Cathy E. Blackett

Cathy was born in Tacoma Wa. to Garlen and Barbara (MacLaine) Baldwin on October 14, 1956 and passed away on January 10, 2012 at Tacoma General Hospital surrounded by family and friends. She leaves behind to carry on her memory Roy Blackett, beloved husband and best friend to Cathy, two children Stacy Tarape, daughter and Shawn Abrahamson Sr., son. Siblings Linda Bell, Judy Baldwin, and Richard Baldwin. She also leaves behind many grandchildren and other family and many friends that she loved deeply. Cathy Graduated from Stadium High School in 1975. Family was a very important part of Cathy's life. She just wanted to make everyone that she loved as happy as she could and help them out even when she was really unable to. She would find a way. She took care of her grandchildren as if they were her own children, they would spend the night all the time. She enjoyed spending as much time with them as she could. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her. Favorite Quote: If you can't take me at my worst, you can't have me at my best We all love you so much Cathy, and will think of you often.
