Teri Lee Borden
August 19th, 1960 - January 16th, 2017
Teri (Dolan) Borden, age 56, entered Heavens gate on January 16, 2017 after a second battle with cancer. She was born on August 19, 1960 in Tacoma, Washington. She was the daughter of JoAnn (Lindberg) Dolan and the late Larry Dolan. She had a close relationship with her brother, Tim Dolan. Teri was the beloved wife and best friend to her one and only love of 40 years, Leon Borden. They were a true example of soulmates. Leon remembers meeting Teri in 6th grade, but it wasnt until high school they started dating. They soon after married and started a family. She lived for her kids, Anna (Borden) Ramos and Anthony Borden. And her grandkids, Isabella, Julieta, and Emilia Ramos, who nicknamed her Banga. Teri was shy, but greeted everyone with such kindness. She was caring and always approached life with such elegance. It was the simple things around her in life that she never took for granted. Her family always teased her for saying, This was the best day ever! after every day spent with them. She was a woman of strong faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus love and the beauty and peace that would await her after her passing. We will forever love you and remember you. We will stand taller and stronger knowing you are now watching over us. And even though God decided to take you into his arms, you will have a special place in many peoples hearts.
