Leonard D Forte

Leonard Dean Forte passed away at his home in Labelle, Florida on December 22, 2021. He was 80 years old. Born in Palermo, Italy on July 26, 1941, he is the son of the late Francesco Forte and Dominica L. Forte. Leonard graduated from C.W. Post College and retired from the Suffolk County Police Department. He is survived by his wife, Irene Forte of Labelle, Florida, his son, Leonard F. Forte, Jr and his wife Stacy of Riverhead, New York, his daughters, Patricia A. Tooker and her husband Bill of Wading River, New York, Lisa Forte and her fiancé Tim of Fort Myers, Florida and Dina Ryan and her significant other Adam of Orlando, Florida. Leonard also had seven grandchildren, Marissa Tooker, Devin Randall, Tori Randall, Noah Shireman, Patrick Tooker, Trevor Forte and Adam Spitaaliere, Jr. Because of the recent increase of Covid-19 cases, a private memorial for the family will be arranged at a later date
