Michael Allan Welsh

Michael Allan Welsh, 26, passed away July 26, 2017 in Chehalis, Washington, his home the past three years. He was born January 14, 1991 to Frank and Carole Welsh in Puyallup, Washington. Michael shared his birthday with his great grandmother, Edith Kendall, and his daughter shared her birthday with her great grandfather, Allan Lindstrom. Prior to living in Chehalis, Michael lived in Port Angeles, Washington, and Sequim, Washington. He was raised in Hoonah, Alaska where he learned to love the land. Michael attended Hoonah City School, and Mt. Si and Sequim High Schools. He was on the wrestling team during his junior and senior high school years, winning several medals. West Coast Training certified Michael in heavy equipment operations. Michael enjoyed anything mechanical, especially if it was a Toyota or Honda. He loved driving or riding anything with a motor and wheels. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and helping anyone who needed help. He is survived by his daughter, Marley Welsh of Sequim, Washington; brother, Patrick Welsh of Juneau, Alaska; parents, Frank and Carole Welsh of Chehalis, Washington; and grandparents, Allan and Emma Jean Lindstrom, and Robert and Linda Welsh; along with many other family members.
