Raymond was born June 15, 1964 in Saipan, to Dolores (Tomokane) . He passed away February 10, 2013 in Tacoma, WA surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his children- Brien Tomokane, Zachary Bocboc, Justin Tomokane and Britney Tomokane; 2 sisters - Jolene Macaranas, Elizabeth Tomokane; 4 brothers - Jack Tomokane, Steven Tomokane, Christopher Tomokane, Derek Tomokane; and numerous extended family members and friends. Viewing to be held February 16, 2013 12:30 pm Funeral Ceremony to start at 2:00pm at St. John of the Woods Church, 9903 24th Ave E, Tacoma, WA. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial Center 253-566-1008.
