Arturo Garcia Velazquez April 20,1972- August 11,2015 Arturo grew up in Tepic,Nayarit along with his many brothers and sisters before coming to America as a young man. Arturo worked hard to become a U.S. citizen and was extremely proud of his accomplishment. Arturo's family was the most important thing to him. He had a wonderful sense of humor,always ready to share a joke or to do something silly to bring a smile to the faces of his children. Arturo was a joy to those who knew him and made many longtime friendships. Arturo was very proud of his family and was quick to brag on his many extended family members' characters and their accomplishments Those Arturo is awaiting in Heaven are his wife of nineteen years,Bonnie: his daughters Samantha and Serena,his son Robert,his mother Lusila, his father Arturo, his brothers Martin, Luis, Reuben,Gilbert,Celso ,Oscar, and his sisters Petra and Sylvia,and numerous extended family members. We will not only grieve for this loving caring man,but we will honor his life. His love for his family and friends was Heaven sent. He was respected by many and loved. He will truly be missed. May he rest in peace. Memorial service will be held Tuesday August 25th Starting at 3:30 pm with a reception to follow at the Edwards Memorial chapel is 11020 South Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA 98499
