Dennis G. Small age 86 of LaBelle, Florida passed away at Gulf Coast Medical Center on November 9, 2022. Dennis was born in LaBelle, Florida on December 17, 1935, to the late Dennis W. and Lucille E. Rudd Small. He was married to Ann K. Kelly; she preceded him in death on June 5, 2002, he later married Royce A. Petrie; she survives. Dennis proudly served his country in the United States Army. Dennis graduated from LSU the same University that his mother had graduated from. He worked as a banker for many years before he retired. Dennis was a member of McGregor Baptist Church for many years. He was a trustee of The John E. Price Foundation in Fort Myers. Dennis was a loving caring man who will be dearly missed by his entire family. Dennis leaves fond memories with his loving wife, Royce A. Small of LaBelle, Florida, two daughters, Kelly Scagliotti of Fort Myers and Darla Gruenwald and her husband Alan of Lehigh Acres, Florida, along with seven loving grandchildren and eight loving great grandchildren. Dennis is also survived by his sister, Lynda Rider Smith and her husband Tommy and brother, Dale Small and his wife Jeanette both of LaBelle, Florida. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - LaBelle.
