Charles Franklin Billups

"CHUCK" Was born in Perry (Thompsonville), Kansas on April 24, 1926. Went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2013 At home in Gig Harbor, Washington, at the age of 87. He was the youngest son of Richard Allen & Lillian Virginia Billups. Preceded in death by both parents, brothers Harold, George, Bobby, Bill and Sisters Norma Marjorie and Lois, his Daughter Janet Nadine Carter, son Patrick Charles Billups and grandson Robert Holt. Chuck was survived by his wife of 47 years Sharon Jeannette Billups of the home, sons Michael Paul of Camino Island, Phillip Dennis of Republic, Washington, Chad Franklin of Gig Harbor, Derek Eugene of Rochester, Minnesota.
