Gerard “Jerry” Adams passed away July 1, 2023, in Chehalis, Washington, his home 26 years. He was born April 9, 1944, to Gerard and Dorothy (Day) Adams in Seattle, Washington. He also resided in Shelton, Washington. Jerry graduated from Seattle’s Rainier Beach High School; served in the U.S. Army Airborne; and worked professionally at Atlas Foundry. He loved hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking, flying kites, and everything McMenamins. He is survived by his son, Jeff Adams of Chehalis; daughter, Lynn Warren (Kenny Warren) of Rochester, Washington; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Emily Warren, and Victoria, Garrett and Asher Adams; and sister, Patty Swan of Bremerton, Washington. He was predeceased by his parents. Memorial donations may be made to the Washington Trail Association, 705 2nd Ave., Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98104 (206-625-1367).
