September 2nd, 1970 - December 19th, 2018
Preston James LaForge passed away December 19, 2018 in Yelm, Washington. He was born September 2, 1970 to Clayton Troy and Fedalina (Tofoya) LaForge in Billings, Montana. He married Rhonda Kay Horat on December 30, 1995; she passed away February 11, 2018. He was a truck driver by profession, and member of the Tacoma Sportsman’s Club. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, visiting the ocean with Rhonda, and spending as much time as possible with family. He will be remembered for his beard, his laugh, his jokes, and the stories and lessons he taught. He is survived by his sons, Cole LaForge and Elijah LaForge; daughter, Jurnee LaForge; mother, Fedalina Gonzales; sister, Torie LaForge; sisters-in-law, Staci (Ryan) Ray, Holi (Tony) Garland, and Karla Jo Hansen; and mother-in-law, Karen (Jim) VanderGiessen. He also will be greatly missed by his dog, Wigz. There will be a service on Saturday, January 5, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at the Camel Club, 216 Main St., Lynden, WA 98264.
