Jamie M. Houghton, beloved daughter, sister and friend, passed away Friday October 13, 2017. A brilliant and loving soul, she is survived by her father Albert, brothers Ryan, Roger & Randy, sister Jessie, numerous nieces, nephews & cousins, along with many friends who had become adopted family. Jamie's delightful wit and generous spirit quickly endeared her to everyone she met. She was well respected by coworkers, instructors & peers. Her commitment and dedication drove her to achieve high honors as a student of Tacoma Community College. Jamie volunteered many hours with the TCC Foundation, as well as with the Tacoma Free Clinic. No words can fully express our sorrow at her loss. We can only hope our memories offer the strength needed to carry on without her.
