Clarice E. Lutz, 95, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Friday, September 11, 2009 at her residence. Mrs. Lutz was born September 12, 1913 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to James and Dorothy (nee Krags) Saunders and moved to this area 22 years ago from Englewood, FL. She was a teacher at a bible school and was a member of Gulf Coast Assembly of God in North Port. Mrs. Lutz is survived by her caregiver, Angelica Barry of Port Charlotte and nephew, Donald Sprung. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Dorothy Saunders, her husband, Edward R. Lutz in 1988, and her sister, Leona M. Sprung in 1997.
