Phyllis J. Dritley, 80, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Sandhill Gardens Retirement Center in Punta Gorda. Mrs. Dirtley was born July 8, 1929 in Benton Harbor, Michigan and moved to this area 5 years ago from San Diego, California. She worked as a secretary in the public school system and attended First Alliance of Port Charlotte. Mrs. Dritley is survived by her sons, David M. Dritley of San Diego, CA and Dale A. Dritley of Port Charlotte; brother, Norman (Norma) Day of Flushing, MI; sister, June (Earl) Miller of Port Charlotte. Services and burial will be held at a later date in California. Arrangements by Paul Schelm Funeral Home, 2675-A Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. Phone (941) 625-3535.
