Greg Dee Anderson
December 31st, 1933 - October 29th, 2021
Tribute Gregory Dee Anderson 87, made his trip to the rainbow bridge on 10/29/2021. Greg was born on 12/31/1933 to Dee F. and Chelta Anderson in Salt Lake City, Utah. Greg spent much of his time growing up with his loving Grand Parents, Fredrick and Cordelia Anderson, In Ephraim, Utah. He was a long time resident of Cave Junction, Oregon. The last few months of his life were spent in Longmont, Co. with his youngest daughter Chelta enjoying her and his Grand children, (Jared, Sherman and Austin) and Great Grand Children. “I’ve stacked corpses; I’ve assisted with births. I’ve spent hours in the cockpit of some of the larger aircraft, I’ve flown in the trainer jets with only two seats, and I once had my door fly off a single engine private plane at 1000 feet. I’ve caught salmon in the Kodiak, and dysentery in Mexico City. I’ve been to six colleges in three states. I spent an afternoon drinking with Broderick Crawford and David Jansen, and had hamburgers with Gerald and Betty Ford. I was a Private in the Army and a Captain in the Air Force. I’ve had joy beyond belief, but I once nearly took my own life due to depression and frustration. I’ve had several small businesses, been a real estate agent, a stockbroker, and was on the staff of a U.S. Senator. I’ve been a dishwasher, a Registered Nurse, and a bartender in a cathouse.” -Greg Greg is survived by his children, Corey (Tricia) Anderson, Kelly Anderson, Debra (Bruce) Newton, Dana (Robb Walton, Lil, Stacy (Rob) Goeltz, Chelta Jones. His Grand Children, Great Grand Children, and Jake the Cat. Preceded in death by his grandson, Preston Dee Anderson and His daughter Donna M. Anderson.
