Sandra Suzette Collins, age 51, passed away on April 4, 2016 at her home, following a long illness. She was born in Stuttgart, Germany on December 17, 1965 the late Richard Maurice and Sandra (Williams) Collins. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Kaleigh (Joshua) Clark of Indianapolis, Indiana and some very close friends.
