Robert Lloyd Fogg, 74 of Punta Gorda, passed away unexpectedly on November 15, 2016. He was born in Portland, Maine on March 1, 1942 to Roger and Audrey (nee Turner) Fogg. Robert proudly served in the Navy and retired as Chief of the Maine Marine Patrol for the State of Maine Department of Marine Resources. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Carol (nee Crosman), ever-loving family and friends. Cremation has been selected and Robert will be lain to rest in Maine.
