Joseph Jesse Rodriguez, formerly of Sinajana, was born on December 8, 1957 in Tamuning, Guam and passed away on February 28, 2018 in Lakewood, Washington. He is survived by his children and grandchildren Joseph (Joseph Jr., Jayden, Jewelianna), Florentina (Sharon, Ney'ohmei, Ty'relle), Crystal (Maurice & Mariah); reared parents Maria and Ramon Cruz, siblings Doris Taitano (Robert), Mary Salas (Frank), John (Rene) Topasna, Joe (Laura) Topasna-Guam, Lori Quenga (Bob), Tony (Corina) Topasna, Michael Topasna, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, close friends...adopted brothers, Larry Clark and Salty Bob. He is preceded in death by his mother, Florentina/Alfonsina Topasna, father, Jose Quitugua Taitano, maternal grandparents, Lucas & Dolores (Nan'ba) Rodriguez and paternal grandparents, Manuel Guerrero & Ana Quitugua Taitano, brother George Topasna, reared by Jose F. Topasna, Ramon and Asuncion Camacho, godparents Vincente & Gisela Rodriguez and Jesus & Matilde Rodriguez; and numerous other uncles, aunts, family members, and friends.
