Alfred Johnston, 90, of Punta Gorda, Florida, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 17, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Dolores, his daughter Jo-Ann and son-in-law Richard. Originally from Long Island, New York, he retired to Punta Gorda in 1985. He was a graduate of Pace University in New York City. Arrangements are by Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery.
