SALLY “SARAH” RUTH SELL Sally “Sarah” Sell was born on March 20, 1937 in Utah where she lived until 1966 when she moved to Washington state after her marriage to Phillip Sell. Together they had 4 children; Michael, Melissa, Darren & Andrew; 5 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Amanda, Mary, Cyarah & Gavin & 6 great grandchildren. Sally is also survived by a sister, Gloria Comisky & a brother, Don Gaskill. Sally died on June 21, 2018 at home under hospice care. Sally had several successful careers; as a savings and loan bookkeeper and teller supervisor, as a secretary, as an accounts payable manager and her favorite, as a literacy tutor at Highline College. She earned an AA degree, with honors, from Highline College in 1993. Sally had many interests. She was an active gardener, an excellent cook, a voracious reader, talented writer, world traveler and most important, a loving and caring wife and mother. Sally was active in Calvary Lutheran Church’s sack lunch program where she worked many hours providing food for the homeless, as an expression of her strong Christion faith. We miss her very much but believe that she is now in a better place, with her Lord. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial, Funerals Homes, Chapels and Crematories. 253-566-1008
