He was born in Pulaski, Virginia on February 4, 2017 to Garnett E and Rena (nee Ratliff) Kelly. Garnett proudly served in the Air Force and enjoyed his career ion the trucking industry. He leaves behind his wife, Lucille (Ritter) Kelly and other very loving family and friends.
