David E. Pearson

David E. Pearson, 82, passed away in Tumwater, Wash. on Saturday, May 29, 2021. He was born in Superior, Wisconsin, and graduated from Superior East High in 1957. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Dave moved to Washington. Heworked for Continental Can, now called Cork, Crown & Seal, retiring in the late 90s. Dave always lived his life to the fullest. He loved going to casinos to eat and hopefully hit the jackpot. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Martha (Hemingson) Pearson; and his former companion, Grace Fishbeck. He is survived by his sister, Deanna Rauser of Olympia, Wash.; his nieces and nephew, Kristin Rondeau of Olympia, Eddy Rauser of Olympia, and Karin Rauser of Centerville, Utah; and many great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Washington. A memorial reception will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Colonial Inn, 3730 14th Avenue SE, Olympia, WA 98501.
