William Ervin Rahn passed away August 28, 2022, in Olympia, Washington. He was born July 16, 1933, to Ervin Ralph Rahn and Lodicia Gertrude (Eyman) Rahn in Livingston, Montana. He earned a BS degree in Agriculture, and served in the U.S. Army, where he was decorated during his tour of duty in Vietnam and, after his military career, retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from Fort Lewis, Washington. He is survived by his wife, Gretchen (Kirstner) Rahn; daughter, Monica; and loving extended family. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022, 11:30 a.m., at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St., Kent, WA 98042.
