Léa Valcin age 83 of Port Charlotte, Florida, died on January 21, 2022, at Shorepoint Health Port Charlotte. She was born on June 22nd 1938 in Hinche, Haiti to parents Paralys Beauge and Felicite Solon. She was married to Samuel Valcin for 56 years. Lea came to the United States from Haiti in January 1974 and moved to Port Charlotte Florida in November 1992. She retired as a Certified Nurse Assistant and was a member of Bethanie Seventh-day Adventist Church. Lea enjoyed cooking for her family, friends and church. She also enjoyed traveling to visit family and friends. Lea Valcin is predeceased by her parents, and her brothers: Urbain Beaugé, Joas Beaugé, Guilbeau Beaugé and grandson Caleb Pericles. Lea Valcin is survived by: her husband Samuel Valcin; her children: Amuela Valcin Pericles and Marc Pericles, Yvin Valcin and Ruth Derilas Valcin, Elio Valcin and Denise Bowes Valcin, Utz Valcin and Marnette Jean Pierre Valcin, Orina Valcin; her grandchildren: Marc E. Pericles and Amanda Frias Pericles, Thamar Pericles and Victoria Getfield Pericles, Wendel Pericles, Yvanna Valcin, Dharnel Valcin, Anastasia Valcin, Daemian Valcin, Elijah Valcin, Khalil Valcin, Marven Valcin, Maxell Valcin, Maya Valcin, McNair Valcin, France Beaubrun, Cassandre Beaubrun; her great-grandchildren: Amaya Pericles and Judah Pericles; her brothers: Pastor Niseron Beaugé, Borgela Beaugé; her nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, cousins and other relatives; families that are also bereaved: Valcin, Beaugé, Desnoyes, Etienne, Brianvil, Monestime, Pericles, Beaubrun, Francois; and countless spiritual brothers and sisters and friends.
