Joy Ann Minehan was 48 years old at the time of her passing. She is survived by her husband Joseph Minehan; her son, Johnathan Minehan; daughters, Kelly Minehan, Kaitlyn Minehan, and Debra Minehan; her mother, Melba; her sisters, Terry and Vickie; and her brothers, Craig and Vance. There is a viewing that will take place on Sunday, May 15th from 12:00pm-2:00pm, followed by a service, Sunday, May 15th at 2:00pm. All services will take place at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home located at 9400 Indian Spring Cemetery Road in Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.
