Frank Schweiger, 80 of Auburn died on Friday September 28 in Federal Way WA. He was born on February 14, 1926 in Willa Township, North Dakota and has lived in Kent for 40 years until moving to Auburn 7 months ago. He married Rose E. Schweiger on February 12, l946 in Mott, ND. Rose preceded him in death on September 22, 2006. Frank retired in l988 after over 20 years working for Boeing as a plumber and electrician. After his retirement he worked as a handy man and as a furniture repairman. Frank was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, for 40 years; Member of the Knight of Columbus and also an Army Veteran of WWII. Survivors: Sons: (all Schweiger’s), Gary, Meridian, ID; Pete, Enumclaw, WA; Anthony, Auburn, WA; Allan, Auburn; Douglas, Bonney Lake, WA; Russell, Kent, WA; Frank, Jr, Enumclaw, WA Daughters: LaVonne Paul, Auburn, WA; Annette Orme, Kent, WA; Renae Schweiger, Port Orchard, WA; Charlotte Sutton, Kent, WA; Michelle Carpenter, Tacoma, WA. 27 Grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. A combined Funeral Mass for Rose and Frank will be held on Friday September 29, 2006 at 10:30 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Kent. Memorials to Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Kent or the Knights of Columbus. Inurnment for both will be in the Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery, Federal Way WA.
