Charles was born 7/3/1937 and passed away 2/15/2021. He leaves behind his wife of 63 years and 3 months, Margie; 2 sons Darrell and Tom Forsythe; daughter Denise Leuenhagen. He also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. A celebration of life gathering will be held on June 19, 2021 at 21403 Highway 47 in Yamhill, OR 97418.
