November 23rd, 1935 - September 9th, 2017
Barbara Jean Ballard Passed away peacefully in her sleep September 9th 2017, shortly after being diagnosed with brain tumors. Barbara is preceded in death by her son Gary. She is survived by her loving family; husband Gerald, son Bob (Debbie), daughters Janet(Dana)and Karla(Ray), 7 grandchildren; Michael(Rebecca),Jerry(Bridget), Samantha, Eric, Matthew, Mitchell, and Brian, 2 great grandchildren; Quinten and Adriana. Barbara was born to Herschel and Joy Blackburn on November 23rd, 1935 in Algona Washington. She attended school in Federal Way, graduating in 1954. She was a loving wife and amazing mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed, but forever in our hearts. Funeral services will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church in Auburn. 410 H St N.E. on Sunday the 17th at 5:30 pm.
