Stephen Shawhan Stratton was born on May 5, 1944 and was raised in West Seattle, WA, where he attended Sealth High School. He joined The Naval Air during the Vietnam War and served on air craft carriers. After he was honorably discharged he had three years of special training for Field Engineering with NCR Corp. In later years he became Vice President of the Washington State Head Injury Unit and was in charge of many head injury groups, where he held and led monthly meetings. After a long and extensive illness, Stephen Stratton passed away on March 21, 2023. He is survived by his wife Barbara of 40 years, his son, Jason Stratton, Daughter-in-Law, Miriam, and two grandchildren- Soren (age 12) and Sage (age 8). He is also survived by his four step daughters, Christina, Debra, Karen and Jeannie.
