Mavis Ivy LeGault
January 3rd, 1923 - December 27th, 2007
Mavis Ivy LeGault (Schumann) passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 27th. She was born in Sanish, North Dakota and came to Washington when she was a little girl. Mavis graduated from Lincoln High School in 1941. She loved to dance, visit the ocean, play cards, and spend time with her family. Mavis and her late husband Arthur owned the Beach Tavern for several years. Mavis is survived by her children Darla Barefoot of North Carolina, Mary Hilton and James Boyd of Tacoma. Mavis had several grandchildren: Barry Price, Timothy Price, Lori Barefoot, Marne Paterson, Michelle Morris, Rosemary Boyd, Sara Boyd, Samanatha Boyd. You will Live on in all our memories. Put your dancing shoes on, Mama.
