William Steve Miles

Steve was born to Mary Miles Frank and Frank Manzanares, he spent most of his life in Tacoma WA., where he accomplished many things. In addition to earning two College Degrees he dedicated most of his life as a strong advocate in legal services for the rights of Puyallup Tribal Members and other Native Americans. Steve loved his family very much.
