Cynthia E. Mead January 7, 1961 – July 28, 2013 Cynthia Mead, age 52, passed away in her Tenino home on July 28, 2013. She was born on January 7, 1961, in Owosso, MI, to Tom and Carol (Warner) Mead. Cynthia graduated with an Associate Degree from South Puget Sound Community College. She spent several years working in the medical field as an office manager. She also managed a network online site for prayer requests for children suffering from cancer. Cynthia loved working on puzzles, reading good books, mediating and taking nature walks. Cynthia is survived by two daughters Kim Jackson (Federal Way, WA) and Tonja Monroe (Ft Rucker, AL); a brother Greg Mead (Fife, WA); a sister Tamara Mead (Shelton, WA); her parents Tom and Carol Mead (Lacey, WA); 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Cynthia’s life will take place on Wednesday, August 7th at 11:30 a.m., at First Baptist Church (904 Washington St SE, Olympia WA 98501). “Happiness doesn’t come to people who seek it for themselves, but to those who seek it for others.” Author Unknown Please sign the guestbook and leave condolences for the family below.
