Marion "Thomas" L Gavigan

Marion Gavigan passed away peacefully on April 21, 2014 at the age of 86. She was born in Spokane, WA on August 22, 1927 to Bernard and Carrie Thomas and became a long-time resident of Tacoma and Gig Harbor. Marion was a strong and dedicated wife and mother and worked her entire career in the banking industry in Tacoma and Gig Harbor. She was an avid bowler during her youth and was a member of the Tacoma Bowling Association. Her memory lives on through many friends and family whose lives she touched over the years. Marion was preceded in death by her husband, John and is survived by son Steven; daughter Janet and partner Jeanne; three grandchildren, Karissa (Jim), Kristie and Madalynn; one great-granddaughter, Julie. No services per Marion's wishes. She will be placed with her husband at Calvary Cemetery, Tacoma.
