David "DT" Allen Thome

David passed away February 12, 2016 in Olympia, Washington at age 34. He was born August 5, 1981 to Cedric L. and Petra (Thome) Stevenson in Karlsruhe, Germany. He graduated from Lakes High School in Lakewood, Washington in 2001, and served in the U.S. Army. David was always smiling. He was good natured, fun loving, giving and generous. He truly had a heart of gold and would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it. He loved spending time with friends and family, especially with his son, Daevon. He also enjoyed tattoos and music. David was predeceased by his grandfather, Werner Thome. He is survived by his son, Daevon Thome; Daevon’s mother, Marquita Vaughn; his parents, Cedric and Petra; sisters, Nicole and Denise Thome; nieces, Leonie, Sevda and Josephine; nephews, Dacio and Kevin; grandmother, Margarita Thome; aunts and uncles, Carolyn and Anthony Elliott, Sabrina and Jerome Ray, Gail May, Sophia and Fredrick Stevenson, Vanessa and Dale Ray, Katrina Ray, and Anthony Ray; cousins, Kimberly, Levon, Dameon, Shadae, Karlis, Chanel, Jacora, Kayla, and Damoni; adopted brothers by love, Pablo Nava, Frankie Rivera, Deon Singh and Tony Drayton; and special friends, Josh Harwood, Everette Williams, Fabio Arrocha, Frederick Jordan III, Josh Medows, Michael Garcia, Angel Rivera, Kurt Schweiger, Norma Lynn Gobert, Raisa Valska Babcock, Desiree Tellez, Katrina Hawkins, and Ranae Arends.
