Demster Ngauma

Demster Ngauma, widely known as M.D - Managing Director, was born on the 20th of December, 1981, at Zomba Central Hospital, Zomba, Malawi. He was the beloved son of Chrissie and Patrick Ngauma. He is survived by his expecting wife, Cindy Mwangi, and children Quinton and Malcolm Ngauma, along with his stepchild Jaydon Mwangi. Additionally, he leaves behind three siblings: Laurence, Florence, and Gift. Demster Ngauma received his early education at Zomba CCAP Primary School and later continued to Sacred Heart Primary School, where he completed his primary education. In 1996, he enrolled at Likangala Secondary School in Zomba for forms 1-2, and subsequently attended Mulunguzi Secondary School to complete his secondary education. For his tertiary education, Demster pursued Information Technology at the Polytechnic University of Malawi, obtaining a diploma and commencing his career with DHL Express. In 2002, he furthered his academic pursuits, earning a degree in ICT. Following the completion of his degree, he secured a position with SNDP, then in 2012 he was employed at COM as a network engineer and thereafter he acted as head of ICT. He served as an IT Manager at Dignitas International Malawi in 2017 and PSI Malawi in 2018. Demster is credited with pioneering IT projects in well-established institutions in Malawi. He later relocated to the USA in 2019 transitioning to a career in the Healthcare Industry. He also continued improving IT skills in short courses and looked forward to engagement in highly established IT companies. Demster Ngauma's life was characterized by his philanthropy work to support children homes by starting a charitable group with his friends ‘Hope for the Hopeless’ which supported orphans in Blantyre and Zomba. During his free time Demster really loved to travel and study. He respected nature and outdoor adventures. He was sociable and had the natural charisma to make friends. He valued honesty and took pride in being kind to everyone. He demonstrated good value for family life and focused on providing his children with a good life. He was a selfess man whose passing has left an unfillable gap in the hearts of his loved ones. Until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of His hands
