Our Loss is Heaven's Gain Mark Randall Barnett, 66, Passed Away January 1st, 2024 It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark Randall Barnett, who departed this world on January 1st, 2024. He was 66 years old. Mark Randall Barnett was born on August 11th, 1957 to Jacqueline and Luther Barnett in Covington Kentucky. He grew up in Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio and had a passion for jazz music, worshipping God, and the mental health field. Randy was known for his generosity, sense of humor, and love to help others, and touched the lives of many with his warm and caring nature. He received his education at Phoenix University where he excelled in the Arts of Psychology. Randy later pursued a career in the mental health field where he made significant contributions and earned the respect of his colleagues. Family meant everything to Randy, and he was a devoted parent to his two daughters, and his four brothers. His love and support were unwavering, creating a home filled with joy and laughter. He leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him. In his free time, Randy enjoyed spending time with his girls, going to many jazz concerts, and helping in the healing rooms. He also found solace in new music and loved ping pong. He was known for becoming an ordained minister and made a lasting impact on the community through donating to non-profit individuals on their path to healing. The loss of Randy is deeply felt by his family and friends. He is survived by his father Luther Barnett, his two daughters Anne Barnett and Anna Healey, and his four brothers Larry, Jeff, Michael, and Keith Barnett who will continue to honor his memory by living out the values and lessons he imparted. The memorial service will be held on January 19th, 2024 1 pm at the Firehouse church. Friends and family are invited to attend to celebrate the life of Mark Randall Barnett and offer their condolences to the grieving family. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew him.
