Julianne Mary Kass Julianne M. (Spartz) Kass, 68 years old, passed peacefully at Hospice House with family on February 1, 2019 in Washington. Julie was born April 4, 1950 to Joseph and Jeanette Spartz in Watertown, South Dakota. She attended school in South Dakota. Met her husband Terry T. Kass of Watertown and married on August 23, 1969. They had one daughter, Jessica L Kass. They all moved to Washington in 1980 and fell in love with the Northwest. Julie with her family enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, gardening, ocean and mountain trips. Love for seafood, plants, books and family gatherings. Julie was a Library Technician for many years at Suquamish Elementary and Kingston High School before retiring in 2015. Julie is survived by Jessica L (Kass) White, her husband Joshua R White, grandson Jordan, and three step granddaughters McKenna, Ellison, and Annika of Port Orchard, WA. Including Julie’s mother Jeanette Spartz, siblings JoAnn (Ken) Comes, Leon (Angel) Spartz of South Dakota. In- laws Jim (Sandy) Kass of Alaska. And many nieces and nephews. Julie is proceeded in death by her husband Terry T. Kass, her father Joseph Spartz, and in laws Nick and Bea Kass and Nick and Dea Kass. There will be a celebration of life for Julie on a later date.
