Albert was born July 23, 1932 in San Antonio, TX to Ralph and Olivia (Boyd) Garcia . He passed away November 28, 2015 in Tacoma, WA surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Shizuko; four children, Albert Garcia Jr., Linda (Brian) Scott, Kathy (Vince) Weldele, Ron Garcia (Sandra); three sisters, JoAnn, Cathleen and Sandy; brother, Pat; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Service with full Military Honors will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery on December 18, 2015 at 11:30am with Celebration of Life to be held at American Legion - Edward Rhodes, Parkland Post 2, 11204 Park Ave S, Tacoma, WA at 2:00pm.
