January 1st, 1942 - June 13th, 2014
PATRICIA A. NAY, 72, of Port Charlotte passed on to our Lord, as another angel on Friday, June 13, 2014. Born on January 1, 1942 at home in Trenton, NJ to the late John and Tillie Trout, she had been a resident of Charlotte County for nine years coming from Ewing Township, NJ. Pat was a hairdresser prior to her retirement; but her real passion was helping and causing many reforms and laws concerning the handicapped community in the State of New Jersey. She is pre-deceased by a son, Mathew in 2003. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years: David W. Nay; a loving son: David E. Nay both of Port Charlotte, FL; one sister: Audrey Argust of Hamilton Twp, NJ; a brother and sister-in-law: John and Rita Trout of Englewood, FL; a sister-in-law: Ms. Bunnie Nay of Hamilton Twp, NJ; a brother and sister in law: William and Eileen Nay of Hamilton Twp., NJ; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 11 Am at the Englewood Community Funeral Home with Private Crematory. 3070 So. McCall Road. Memorial contributions may be made to the Englewood Elks Lodge 2378 Youth Camp, 401 North Indiana Avenue, Englewood, Fl 34223 in memory of Pat Nay.
