April 7th, 1963 - April 18th, 2016
James Stephen McCullough, 53, of Rotonda West passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at his Charlotte County residence. Born on April 7, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York he has been a Florida resident for eighteen years coming from Brooklyn. James was a commercial house painter for most of his life until his health issues forced his early retirement in 2007. James loved fishing and dabbling with cars with his extensive tools. James was Catholic by faith. Survivors include his loving wife of twenty-nine years: Suzanne McCullough of Rotonda West, FL; his mother: Frances Hanley of Brooklyn, NY; his father: James S. McCullough of Queens, NY; one daughter: Christina M. McCullough of Rotonda West, FL; two sons: James S. (Emerald) McCullough, III and Francis McCullough both of Brooklyn, NY; two sisters: Tracy Casanova and Suzann Gonzalez both of Brooklyn, NY. A Memorial Prayer service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 11:30 Am at the Englewood Community Funeral Home with Private Crematory, 3070 South McCall Road. Memorial contributions may be made to the COPD foundation.org in memory of James S. McCullough. You may share a memory with the family at www.englewoodfh.com
