Margaret Maurer

MARGARET J. MAURER Margaret Janet Maurer, 73, of Englewood died Monday, July 21, 2008 at Charlotte Regional Medical Center in Port Charlotte. She was born on October 30, 1934 in Port Jervis, New York and has been a resident of Charlotte County for twelve years coming from Rockland County, NY. Mrs. Maurer co-owned the Joseph Maurer Painting Company with her late husband; who pre-deceased her in 2006. She was a member of the Fellowship Church in Englewood. Survivors include her four children: Frieda (Bob) Brizilian, Linda McCaleb, Donna (Alex) Christie, Joseph (Donna) Maurer all of Englewood, FL; nine grand children and seven great grand children. Mrs. Maurer is also pre-deceased by a daughter, Katherine. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25, 2008 from 2 Pm until 4 Pm and 6 Pm until 8 Pm at the Englewood Community Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 3070 South McCall Road. Funeral service will be on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 10 Am at the funeral home with Pastor Garry Clark of Fellowship Church, officiating.
